Shipping Methods

Items are shipped based on your selection.  The shipping services available to you and the approximate delivery times will be presented at time of check out and are dependent upon your delivery location. Please note, shipping times quoted are for transit only and do not include internal processing time. Internal processing time are generally 1-3 business days. All shipping costs are directly quoted by carriers and never marked up by Sustainable Solutions. 

 

Note: ship times are estimates provided by and the responsibility of  the carrier.  Shipping times may be longer during holiday seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined by the size and weight of the items purchased, the speed you want your order delivered  and the location that they are to be shipped to.  The cost of shipping will be calculated at time of checkout. 

Shipping Timelines

If your order is received before noon on any business day, in-stock products will ship within 2 business days.  

If you order more than one product, we will make everyone attempt to send available products together and advise of back orders.  If a product is back ordered you will be notified by email of the estimated delivery time for your back ordered products.  If we need to ship your order in multiple shipments you will be charged additional shipping charges for back-ordered product.

Order and Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email advising:

Your order number

What was ordered

Where it is being shipped

Type of shipping selected 

Who the item is being shipped to

Payment method

Cost of items, taxes, shipping charges and total order cost

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email providing the ship date and a tracking number, (if a shipping method providing tracking was selected). 

Holiday Order Processing/Shipping 

Orders received during Canadian holidays will not be processed until the next business day.  Holidays include, but are not limited to:

New Year's Day

Memorial/Family Day

Canada Day (July 1)

Good Friday

Labor Day

Thanksgiving Day (Canadian)

Remembrance/Veterans's Day

Christmas Eve

Christmas Day

Boxing Day
