The B4920-G-810788-HEAD Outlet Valve Head replaces the outlet valves in Somerton Smart current model toilets. This part does not include the base.
(Older model Somertons used the 750895 flush valve.  It is easy to determine the correct model by looking inside the tank.  This flush valve has a grey and white circular top while the 750895 has blue buttons on the top.  If you are unsure, please call the customer service dept at the number below).
