Used in conjunction with the Caroma offset adapter to install Caroma toilets with a skirted bowl. Includes 2 brackets, 60mm bolts and caps. 

Notes:

• Does not include the offset adapter that is needed for the toilet installation
• Comes Standard standard with most Caroma skirted bowls except Somerton Series Bowls.
